Potato & Chickpea Curry

Ingredients:

  • 2 small potatoes, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup canned chickpeas
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder

Instructions:

  1. Add the sliced potatoes and chickpeas to the inner dish and mix well.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut milk and curry powder. Pour over top of the potatoes and chickpeas.
  3. Close the lid on the HeatsBox and plug it in. 
  4. Choose these settings from the app: 185 degrees F (85 degrees C), Large portion, Cooking, 1 hour.
  5. Once the cooking time is over, season with salt and pepper to taste.
