Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ cup frozen mixed veggies
  • ½ cup cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, frozen veggies, and chicken to the inner dish and mix well.
  2. Evenly pour the beaten egg over the mixture and give it a quick stir.
  3. Close the lid on the HeatsBox and plug it in. 
  4. Choose these settings from the app: 185 degrees F (85 degrees C), Medium portion, Cooking, 30 minutes.
  5. Once the cooking time is over, top with the chopped green onions, if desired.
