Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons dried cherries

Instructions:

  1. Add the rice to the inner dish.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Pour over the rice in the inner dish and give it a quick stir.
